Requirements
Valid ABC Number or willing to obtain
Must be 18yrs or older
Reliable transportation
Basic Tools for the jobs: knob locks, deadbolt locks, lockboxes, contractor keys
The following items aren’t mandatory but highly recommended
General liability insurance with $1,000,000 in coverage
Errors and omissions with $1,000,000 in coverage
Workers compensation insurance with $500,000 in coverage
Proficient in utilizing and/or PPW
